With over 18 years' experience in luxury hotels, I've been proud to work in some of the country's leading hotels, such as The Peninsula, Four Seasons, Fairmont Hotels and others.

For 15 of those years, I was a hotel concierge and part of the prestigious Les Clefs d'Or International organisation. In 2015, I won a special award from the organisation created to help promote future generations of concierges, the equivalent title of ‘Best Young Concierge’ in the world.
